I arrived at almost 5pm on a Saturday and ordered flowers for a friend who was in the hospital in Chico. I asked if they would get delivered the next day and was assured that they would. Imagine my surprise when my friend texted me at 6:30pm on Saturday thanking me for the flowers which had just been delivered!
I love in Reno, NV and I had some flowers and balloons sent to my cousin for her birthday. Joyce was the woman who helpled me over the phone. It was a wonderful experience and she even texted me a picture of the final result before it was delivered! Great customer service!!
